thankfully I have not had to use the products yet so I do not know how to star rate the products. But both the portable escape ladder and the fire blanket make me feel more comfortable about living in a flat on the 3rd floor. I must add that this is a new experience for us and the portable escape ladder were the two first things we thought of buying after purchasing a fire extinguisher following completion on the purchase our flat.

It comes with a 10 year warranty, but does not say so on the unit (only the now-disposed cardboard box).
