Fire extinguishers are typically hung on walls with brackets. These brackets are supplied for free with all our extinguishers. However, sometimes there are no suitable wall spaces or the walls are of insufficient strength. In this case fire extinguisher stands are required to mark the correct place in which the extinguishers are to be stored. Stands add to visibility and reduce damage to the extinguishers as well. We offer vacuum formed economy fire extinguisher stands as well as sturdy rotationally moulded double-walled extinguisher stands. All of our stands are manufactured in the UK.

To protect extinguishers against dust and dirt they can be covered with extinguisher covers. This should usually only be a temporary solution and fire extinguisher cabinets are the preferred longterm solution.

If extinguishers are placed in public areas extra measures must be taken to discourage tampering or accidential damage to the extinguishers. The best protection is to install fire extinguisher cabinets and boxes. The same applies for outside installation of extinguishers be it on buildings, on trucks or on poles near car parks etc. In these cases fire extinguisher cabinets protect from dirt, rain and excessive sunlight. The cabinets have vision panels to allow identification of the extinguisher.
