Fitting was straightforward and simple-advice given where best postion for appliance to be located.As to the effected result of alarm responding to a situation-I cannot and hope never to assess-however testing appliance the loudness was effected and presuably will be heard throughout my property.

I really shouldn't give this a rating until it's lasted as long as the one it replaced (bought in 1981), but it's looking good and it warrants 5 stars on price alone. Excellent service.
