Wet chemical fire extinguishers are designed specifically to combat cooking fat fires. The extinguishing solution expands upon contact with the burning oil and prevents re-ignition by cooling and smothering the area.
The compact size and weight of the 3ltr cylinder makes this extinguisher perfect for smaller kitchens, such as those in cafes and fast food outlets.
